Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, destination, and the shipping speed you choose. Below are our standard rates:

  • Domestic Expedited Shipping (U.S.): $19.99
  • Standard International Shipping: $30.00
  • Expedited International Shipping: $60.00

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped, even if you return your product, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Stolen packages after the carrier marks the package as delivered
  • Lost or missing packages during transit

If you do not add Shipping Protection, we will still do our best to assist you; however:

  • If the carrier shows the package as "Delivered" and proof of delivery, KITCHWAVE considers the order successfully fulfilled. In this case, KITCHWAVE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
  • We can help you open an investigation with the carrier, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed.
  • Packages delayed due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or peak-season volume are not covered for compensation.
  • If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, we may assist with a carrier claim, but outcomes are subject to carrier policies.
For the highest level of protection and fastest resolution, we strongly recommend adding the $9.99 Shipping Protection option at checkout.

If you find any items missing from your order, please reach out to us at support@kitchwave.com and include the following:

  1. Photos of the taped areas of the box your items came in.
  2. A photo of the shipping label attached to the box.
  3. Photos of the items you received.
  4. A photo of the packing slip included in the package.

We understand that mistakes happen! If you need to cancel or update your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. 🚚 Cancellation Requests After an Order Has Been Processed or Shipped

If your order has already shipped or is in transit, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, you may still be able to return unopened products in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you choose to use a return shipping label provided by KITCHWAVE, the cost of the label will be clearly communicated during the return initiation process and deducted from your refund once the return is received and inspected.

  • KITCHWAVE cannot be held responsible for theft, misdelivery, or missing packages after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided.
